Blake would never say this, but he is a pretty darn good baseball player! Few balls get by him when he catches, he has solid hits at bat and he is now playing 1st base and doing a great job at it! He made the high school team for a 2nd year at Brentwood High... take me out to the ball game!

Good Times at D-1 With the Fam (Missed you, Haley!)

You can tell by the sweaty hair that we had a big work out this morning. Carter ranked it at about a 5 out of 10 on the intensity scale. I asked my son, Blake what he thought about it after we were about 15 minutes into it and he said: "It's not easy. That's for sure." My husband, Greg, asked, "What were those up and down things? Burpies? I HATE those!" Kara and I were glad for them to experience the HealthQuest and to understand more how challenging it is. I'm thinking Advil will be consumed by both for the next few days!
